What if cultural heritage data were easier to access, connect, and ethically reuse? That is the question driving INFINITY, a Horizon Europe project working alongside COLOURS to build the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH).
INFINITY is turning flat digital files into living, connected Multidimensional Knowledge Graphs, an approach that could change how heritage institutions and the people who work with their collections find, link, and reuse data across Europe.
An open invitation to the heritage community
To make sure these tools respond to real needs, INFINITY has launched a Stakeholder Network open to professionals across the cultural, academic, and creative sectors. Members will get:
- First-hand updates on INFINITY’s AI tools, ontologies, and open-source releases
- Tailored opportunities to join capacity-building workshops and test beta tools
- A direct voice in defining how Cultural Heritage Digital Objects (CHDOs) are ethically accessed and reused
- Access to a European peer network spanning cultural, academic, and creative sectors
A shared cloud, built together
The ECCCH is a collective effort, and its value depends on the communities that use it. At COLOURS, we believe that projects working in dialogue, and inviting stakeholders into that dialogue early, will lead to a cloud that truly serves the people who care for and work with Europe’s cultural heritage.
