Services

You can browse and use the website as long as you follow these Terms.  

The Service consists of:

• browsing and searching content,
• enabling subscription to the newsletter,
• sending inquiries (or other messages) via the contact form,
• sharing a link to registration and participation in the Community of Practice (e.g. through dedicated collaborative platforms such as Discord),
• access to materials and services prepared by FundingBox or its partners, tailored to the user’s interests.

FundingBox has the right to show ads for its own services, as well as those of its partners, on the Website. These advertisements are an integral part of the Website and its content.

We reserve the right to limit access to some or all content for users who attempt to use the Website in an illegal way or who use hardware or software that blocks or changes how the content is displayed. 

Please note that the Website may also be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

Using the Services

To use the Service, You need access to the Internet.

When using the Services, the only requirement is to provide personal data, which will be used solely to deliver the Services.

Using the Services for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

The Website may include links to external sites, some of which are not operated by FundingBox. Before using any third-party services please review their terms of use. 

FundingBox is not a party to the agreements between users and third parties and cannot take responsibility for the content and services provided by websites managed by third parties.

 

How to use the Website

• post illegal or false content or content that violates the rights of others (e.g. copyright, personal rights),
• share advertising,
• copy, modify, distribute, or use Website content or databases beyond what is legally allowed,
• take actions that may block, damage, or disrupt the Website,
• attempt to use the Website for unlawful purposes, including hacking or gaining unauthorized access.

Complaint procedure and out-of-court methods of resolving disputes 

FundingBox is committed to handling any complaints regarding the non-performance or improper performance of our Services. Complaints should be submitted to the address indicated in the General Information section.

We will provide a response within 14 days. In the case of consumers, failure to respond within this period shall be deemed as acceptance of the complaint.

To facilitate a prompt resolution, please include a description of the issue and your identification details. Nevertheless, consumer complaints will be reviewed even if some of this information is missing.

These procedures do not affect your right to pursue claims through legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution methods available under applicable law.

Technical Breakes

We may have temporary service interruptions for technical updates. We aim to schedule these breaks at night to minimize disruption.

Technical conditions

In order to fully enjoy the functionalities of the Website, You should satisfy the following minimum technical conditions:

• a device with the Internet access which enables displaying the Website,
• an installed and updated Internet browser: Microsoft Edge, Opera 22.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 52.4 or higher, Apple Safari 10.2 or higher and Google Chrome 34.0 or higher,
• enabled JavaScript and Cookies support.

Intellectual property rights

All materials published on the Website are protected by intellectual property rights. Making them available online does not transfer copyright or grant users a license to use them. Users may not copy, share, or otherwise use any Website content without prior written consent from FundingBox.

Changes to the Terms of Use and final provisions

The ownership of the Website may be transferred at any time to another legal entity forming FundingBox capital group, at the sole discretion of the Website owner.

We may update these Terms of Use for legal, security, or operational reasons, including:

• to reflect changes in applicable law that directly affect the Terms,
• to address security needs, such as preventing misuse of the Website,
• to introduce significant updates to the Website, including technical or technological improvements,
• to make the Terms clearer and more transparent.

Changes will be announced 24 hours in advance.

In matters not regulated in the Terms of Use, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

No provision set above may be understood as excluding or limiting the rights of consumers.
